Evaluation Summary Report
Executive Summary
The evaluation results indicate that the 75th Annual Conclave was an overwhelming success, with respondents expressing exceptionally high levels of satisfaction with the event, organization, hospitality, and programming. Every respondent who answered the overall satisfaction question indicated they were satisfied with the Conclave.
Participants particularly praised:
- Overall event organization
- Hotel staff service
- Food and beverage quality
- Formal social events
- Registration process
- Hospitality of the Washington, DC Chapter
While feedback was overwhelmingly positive, respondents also identified several opportunities for improvement related to logistics, scheduling, and expanding programming for Eppos.

I am going to keep saying "Whew"!! What a wonderful weekend!
Thank you again, Washington, DC Chapter for making our 75th Conclave an UNFORGETTABLE experience for all in attendance.

DC, your Conclave is one for the history books, as was your chapter's last Conclave. Atlanta had a wonderful time — our new Eppies had a ball. We are happy they were able to have the experience. Congratulations on a fun-filled weekend, wonderful hosts — everything was so elegant.

The Atlanta Chapter wanted you to know we had a fabulous time. Our baby Eppies danced the night away. They are still talking about how tired they are. It was quite an experience for them, this being their first Conclave.

The flawless execution of those plans was evident in every moment of the experience. Your Charleston sisters are grateful for your dedication and the standard you have set. We are looking forward to building on this momentum and seeing you in Charleston for the 76th Conclave.
