How to register for the 2026 Conclave

1 Read These Instructions — Review the steps below before registering. When you're ready, click the "Registration Page" button at the bottom to begin.
2 Register — Complete the Eppie Registration form and, if you have an Eppo, fill out the Eppo Registration form as well. You can also purchase passes for dinner guests, golf, the Go-Go Museum, and bowling. Additionally, you can sign up for the choir or pre-order a commemorative t-shirt. When you're done, click the red "Review Selections & Checkout" button.
  • Dinner guests: Use the +/- buttons to select the number of guests, then click "Register."
  • T-shirt orders: Select your size and color from the dropdowns, use the +/- buttons to set your quantity, then click "Order."
    • You can order multiple sizes and color combinations — just repeat the process for each.
    • T-shirts must be pre-ordered and cannot be purchased on-site.
3 View Your Check Amount — The check calculator will automatically show your selections and the total amount for your check. Review your items, note your total, then click "Go to Cart & Complete Checkout" to proceed.
4 Check Out — Complete checkout by entering your email and billing address.
  • All items will show as $0.00 at checkout.
  • If prompted for Delivery Method, select "Pick Up at 2026 Conclave."
  • You will be asked for a billing address — enter your mailing address.
    • Nothing will be mailed to you. Your address is for record-keeping only.
  • If you do not complete checkout, your registration will not be processed.
5 Order Confirmation — After checkout, you'll be redirected to a confirmation page showing your selections and the total amount owed. A confirmation email will also be sent to you. Print both for your records.
  • Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder if you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox.
6 Send Your Check — Submit a check to your Chapter Treasurer for the total shown on your confirmation page. One check per chapter for all chapter attendees.

Important Dates

April 16, 2026 — Final date to register. REGISTER EARLY!
April 30, 2026 — Chapter Treasurers must make payment to the DC Chapter
May 15, 2026 — No refunds after this date

Correspondence regarding payment will be sent to each chapter president with instructions under separate cover.
